The company's formation is a matter of public record and can be verified through the Delaware Division of Corporations. A copy of the Certificate of Formation is provided to clients before the first payment. Delaware does not publish the members of a limited liability company, and we do not publish them here.
Responsible for the content of this website under § 18(2) MStV: the management of KDMT, LLC, at the registered office above.
2. VAT and tax identifiers
We are a United States entity and are not registered for VAT in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Invoices are issued without VAT. Where a reverse-charge or self-assessment obligation applies in your country, it is yours to account for. Our US taxpayer identification number is provided on invoices and on request, together with Form W-8BEN-E or W-9 as applicable.
3. Liability for content
We prepare the content of this site with care but cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or current. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law, but we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. If we become aware of a specific infringement we will remove the content promptly.
4. Liability for links
This site links to external sites we do not control. The operators of those sites are solely responsible for their content. We checked the linked pages for apparent infringements when the links were added and found none. Without specific evidence of a violation we cannot monitor them continuously; we will remove any link promptly if we learn of an infringement.

The content, design and code of this site are protected by copyright and belong to KDMT, LLC unless marked otherwise. Reproduction, adaptation or distribution beyond what copyright law permits requires our written consent. Screenshots of our own projects are shown with the agreement of the relevant rights holders. Third-party trademarks and product names — including Unreal Engine, Godot, Roblox, Steam and others — belong to their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive only and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
6. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We contract with businesses rather than consumers.
