Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026  ·  Version 1.0  ·  KDMT, LLC

This policy covers how you may use this website, and the kinds of work we will and will not take on. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information through our forms.
  • Use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam or bulk enquiries.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or related infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with the site's availability, including denial-of-service attempts or automated flooding.
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, or ignore our robots.txt.
  • Upload or transmit anything containing malware, or attempt to inject code into any form field.
  • Copy substantial parts of the site's design, text or code for use elsewhere.

2. Responsible disclosure

If you find a security vulnerability on this site, please tell us at hello@ko-ko.dev before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Do not access, modify or delete other people's data while testing, and do not run attacks that degrade the service. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow this in good faith. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty.

3. Work we will not take on

We decline projects, regardless of budget, that involve:

  • Anything illegal in the United States, Argentina or the client's own jurisdiction.
  • Malware, spyware, stalkerware, credential harvesting, phishing kits or tools built to compromise systems without the owner's authorisation.
  • Fraud, including fake stores, fake reviews, fake records or deceptive payment flows.
  • Scraping or processing personal data without a lawful basis, or circumventing platform terms of service.
  • Content that sexualises minors, or any product designed to exploit children — including monetisation patterns in children's games that are deliberately deceptive about cost.
  • Harassment, targeted abuse, or content inciting violence or hatred against people or groups.
  • Gambling, adult content or similarly regulated products where the client lacks the required licences.
  • Impersonating a real person, company or public authority.

We will say no early and explain why rather than take a deposit and withdraw later. If work already underway turns out to fall into one of these categories, we stop, tell you why, and refund anything paid for undelivered work.

4. Client obligations in projects

When we build something for you, you are responsible for operating it lawfully: having the rights to the content you publish, complying with data protection law where your users are, honouring the terms of any platform you deploy on, and holding any licences your industry requires. We will flag risks we notice, but we are not your legal advisers.

5. Enforcement

We may block access, remove submissions or refuse service to anyone who breaches this policy, and we will report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
